  1. Return Policy for Gleeou:

    1. Return Window: Customers must initiate returns within 10 days of receiving their items. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

    2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns for used or altered items.

    3. Faulty Items: If a customer receives a faulty item, they must contact us at customercare@gleeou.com within 3 days of receiving their order. Please provide clear images of the damaged item for return authorization. We will promptly arrange for the return shipment on the customer's behalf.

    4. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and complete a quality inspection. Please allow for processing time, and note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
